We are now in 2025 and...

As I get older and the world is moving at such a fast pace, life and the years are going by faster and faster.

I’m here this weekend thinking about my past and my thinking at different stages in my life.

When I was in school, I hated it. I was more into sports, like playing rugby, touch football, cricket, soccer etc.

I could not wait to get out and start to work because I wanted to start to make money.

I started to work for my father as a landscape gardener. It was cash in hand and I was making around $50k back then.

I was only 16, so this was good money back then.

At that time working for my father’s business, I was VERY big in the church. I would go on Wednesday nights to bible study, then Sunday afternoon for a youth group, and then Sunday night for church.

I come from a big family, with 5 brothers, and 2 sisters. 7 Kids. Most of them were into the church like I was as well.

But there come a point in time when my dad started to pull out my brothers and sisters from the church as he was saying they are brainwashing you.

He especially didn’t like the Youth Group leader. Kenny.

I saw Kenny as a second father to me. I learned so much from him just about life.

I’m not sure why, maybe my dad felt threatened or something, but my dad did not like Kenny and so because of this, me and my whole family had a fallen out and then I was kicked out of the home.

No money, no job, no were to sleep and just my car. It was a Holden Ute. 3 On the tree, if your car guys know what I’m talking about.

After this happen, I spent many many years, just going around from Job to job trying to get ahead. From car detailer, car salesman, traffic controller, getting up at 3am to pack toilet paper on pallets, general labor, etc

Was trying to find my thing.

I was around 20, living in a one-bedroom apartment, big butt old TV, A run down, 2 seater pink couch. Catching a train to work to wash cars for around $400 per week.

I was so broke, that I had no car and I remember I would walk to my girlfriend’s house, which was around 45 – an hour.

I was at work washing cars and my girlfriend worked at a lawyer’s place. During her lunch break, she would look up make money from home, get rich fast etc.

My girl ordered this free 3-hour DVD on investing, business, property, and the mindset to succeed.

My girl watch half and said this guy talks about himself too much.

I watched it, like over ten times.

I was hooked – Excited – I wanted more.

On this FREE DVD he was offering the course for $2000. He had a payment plan, $500 upfront and then $199 per month.

I had no money, so I went to the bank got a Credit card with a $500 limit, ordered the package and….

This was the moment my whole life changed. This was 19 years ago.

It brought me into a whole new world, learning so much about property, the stock market, business, mindset and so much more.

For some reason, I was hooked on learning about the stock market.

After some time, learning, I was trying so hard to get ahead, because I’m sure you know what it’s like when you start trading, it's HARD and you get beat up more than I did my recent first boxing match. ( I still won like I do at trading :) )

I remember watching the fireworks with my girl for New years eve and I said to her I want this SOOO much. I don’t want to live like this anymore.

My girl become my wife and gave me 3 kids. LOVE EM SOO MUCH.

My goal was $100,000 per year.

It took me around 4 -5 years to get that and then within 12 months later I made it in one month, and everything has gone up from there.

Now my goal is to make $3 million in one trade and to have $30 million in my trading account.

I don’t know how long it will take for that right time, that right trade that makes me $3 million or that $30 million trading account but looking back where I was before I started trading to where I am now, I know that I’m going to achieve more than my wildest dreams over the next ten years. IF I STAY FOCUSED.

2 Big things

1 – Time goes by so fast and 2030 will be here with a blink of an eye. So, it’s important to stay focused on one thing and get really good at that and over the next 5- 10 years, watch the magic happen.

2 – If trading is the thing for you like it was and still is for me, then DON’T QUIT. It will take sometimes many many years to get it, but once you do, you will be blown away in what you can achieve over the next ten years.

YES – it’s hard – yes you will get slapped around – YES – your life will be amazing if you can handle that SLAP and keep moving forward and NOT GIVE UP.
